Prosperity 2030 is an output of the Social Prosperity Network, hosted at the UCL Institute for Global Prosperity under the direction of Co-Chairs Professor Dame Henrietta Moore and Andrew Percy. Building on a decade of research on Universal Basic Services, tax reforms, and structural redesign, it is presented as apolitical and non-partisan, for serious consideration by any government that engages with structural reform.
